Stretching one of those things where I know what to do, but I don’t do it as much as I should. Maybe you can relate to that or maybe you would stretch more if you knew what to do or didn’t have to hold still. If only there was a video that had moving stretches that was quick and easy to turn on…

Well, I’ve tried to make it easy and put together this 5-minute dynamic stretching routine that will help energize you, bring your awareness into your body, help release tension and improve your mobility. These are especially great to do if you are pregnant, and will also feel good if you are post-partum of any amount of time. Heck, these would feel great to just about anybody in a tight body. Turn on some feel-good music and let your body move along with me! Hopefully you will enjoy how you feel and keep doing it! I know I’m working on it!
