About Heather
I am most passionate about helping women, moms especially, make exercise a fun and regular part of their lives. I know it’s not always easy and there are plenty of obstacles that can make it difficult. I consider my purpose a movement for movement and I hope to inspire and help as many moms (and therefore families!) along the way.
I get excited helping my clients find ways to make it easier and sustainable so they can have healthy, active lives for the long haul! Together maybe we can make healthy living, normal!
I take pride in creating comprehensive training programs for women in many phases of life, from pre-natal & postpartum, serious mom strength and even supplemental strength to support other sports. My expertise comes from my degree in fitness management and 15 years experience working in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and health coach both in the gym and online.
I love online personal training because of the flexibility it offers while still providing great results. Just like each one of my three girls, each one of us is different. Our needs and interests for our workouts changes over time and it’s my favorite thing to help a woman find what works for her- a program that makes her feel empowered and capable and not like she’s falling short.
I believe that by helping one mama change her life, I’m really creating a ripple effect that affects her whole family. My hope is that it helps this next generation grow up in a healthier world with less disease and more joy. A world where healthy is normal and not the exception. <3
